Bonne nouvelle !
He told XFM: “Life is great, we’ve been in the studio for the past month and a half, and we’ve got about another month to go.
We’ve been recording with out friend Gil Norton (legendary Pixies producer) he worked on our second record, he’s a good guy and he makes amazing albums.
So we’re making a really big powerful record, which I’m very excited about and I cannot wait to finish. I’m not saying I’m not having fun, I’m saying I can’t wait to jump on stage and do this stuff, it’s gonna be great. »
And on the sound of the record he explained: “Most bands really get off on moving in different directions, and experiencing as much as they can as musicians, I think as a musician you’re constantly searching for that next high, that song that’ll give you the chills or that song that sounds like a freight train.
You’re constantly searching for that, you can find it; you just have to venture in all of these directions to find it.
So the album that we’re making sounds like a Foo Fighters album, but its definitely moving in a few different directions. Its cool man, I love it. »
