C’est lors d’un récent podcast que Corey Taylor a fait un point sur le prochain disque de Slipknot et selon lui, c’est bouclé à 80% :
“Actually, it’s pretty much done. I’d say it’s probably about eighty percent done. We’re finishing up some music, [and] I’ve got a couple more songs to sing. However, I will say this – don’t be surprised if in the next month or so you hear something new.”
Mais la bonne info, effectivement, c’est qu’un premier single pourrait bien se faire entendre dès le mois prochain. Le chanteur annonçant :
“It will be more of a ‘let’s bludgeon everybody and remind them why we’re still Slipknot‘ kind of vibe.”
Rappelons que la dernière fois, le groupe avait lâché le single « All out Of Life », premier extrait de « We’re Not Your Kind » le jour d’Halloween. D’ici à ce que l’expérience soit répétée, il n’y a qu’un pas qu’on franchira allégrement.
